Our ultra-thin CFRTP (continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic) composites are manufactured with advanced mechanical fiber spreading technology, with the minimum fiber spreading limit down to 0.025 mm. The ultra-thin continuous fiber prepreg is less than 0.07 mm, only 1/2 to 1/3 the thickness of standard composite tapes, meeting extreme lightweight requirements.

With 15+ years of R&D experience and over 20 authorized patents, our products deliver superior tensile strength and flexural strength compared with high-end imported laminates. The material density is merely 1/2 of aluminum and 1/5 of steel, featuring ultra-light weight and extraordinary specific strength.

Different from conventional thermoset composites, our thermoplastic matrix can be reheated and reshaped, supporting compression molding, tape laying and continuous tube winding. It realizes short molding cycles, low production cost and 100% recyclability for eco-friendly manufacturing.

Weight fraction: 30–60 wt%, Weight: 60–100 gsm, Thickness: 0.06–0.12 mm, HDT: 80–120 °C

CF/PA6 & GF/PA6

Weight fraction: 30–60 wt%, Weight: 70–100 gsm, Thickness: 0.06–0.12 mm, HDT: 120–150 °C

Application: Automotive structural inserts, industrial gears, sports gear

CF/PC & GF/PC

Weight fraction: 30–60 wt%, Weight: 60–100 gsm, Thickness: 0.06–0.12 mm, HDT: 120–140 °C

Application: 3C electronic housings, automotive lighting, optical parts

CF/PPS

Weight fraction: 50–75 wt%, Weight: 70–120 gsm, Thickness: 0.07–0.12 mm, HDT: 200–220 °C

Application: High-temperature aircraft brackets, engine shield components

CF/PEEK & CF/TPI

Weight fraction: 60–75 wt%, Weight: 70–120 gsm, Thickness: 0.05–0.12 mm, HDT: 240–280 °C

Application: Space structures, medical implants, semiconductor equipment
