Alloy

Copper Nickel ---Copper Nickel (also known as Cupro Nickel/Kunifer) is an alloy widely used in Marine, Naval and Oil & Gas applications. These alloys have excellent corrosion resistance in sea water, low biofouling and good weldability. Material in copper nickel is ductile through its improved strength and corrosion resistance.

CuNi 90/10 mainly used in seawater systems for Naval, Commercial Marine and Oil & Gas applications.

CuNi 70/30 has a higher strength due to the increased nickel content and able to resist corrosion at high velocities in Naval applications.

Zloone produce straight cold drawn copper nickel tube as well as copper nickel tube components from CuNi 70/30 and CuNi 90/10 alloys. All of our drawn copper nickel tubes are manufactured, cleaned and supplied to the most popular specifications in Europe , America and other international specifications.

Copper --High thermal and electrical conductivity - ideal for a range of applications.

Copper is available in various grades with desirable qualities which make it attractive for use in building construction, power generation, electronic components and engineering applications.

Common characteristics of copper are its thermal conductivities, high ductility, heat resistance and ability to be easily brazed, soldered and welded.

Zloone Group have a wide range of stock in copper for customer requirements.

Brass --A versatile choice for a range of applications.

Brass is used for a variety of industries; including aerospace, power generation and automotive sectors. Brass is anti-corrosive, easy-to-work and has properties ideal for water supply and plumbing components whilst its excellent visual appearance makes it a popular choice in areas such as interior design, architecture, public art and even musical instruments. Aluminum Brass and Admiralty Brass designations are most commonly used within the Oil and Gas, Power Generation and Ship building industries.

CZ108 (Common Brass) can be used for a wide variety of engineering (heat exchanger tubing) and decorative applications (furniture, lighting fittings and ornamental items). CZ108 (Common Brass) has ductility for cold forming and can be readily joined by soft or hard soldering.

CZ126 (70/30 brass tube). The 70/30 brass tube has a higher strength than CZ108 which makes it ideal for heat exchanger tube. Heat exchanger tube needs to contain properties that allow for expanding, bulging, flanging, or spinning. 70/30 brass tube can be readily soft or hard soldered.

Nickel -- Nickel is more corrosion resistant than stainless steel. It can withstand many aggressive chemicals and acids, even at high temperatures.

Here are few points to recognised sheet, plate or foil:

If thickness greater than 6.35 mm is called a Nickel Plate.

If thickness greater than 0.15 mm and less than 6.35mm is called a Nickel Sheet/Strip.

If thickness less than 0.15mm is then its a Nickel Foil.

Aluminium -- Lightweight and corrosion-resistant

Zloone Group produce high-quality seamless aluminium drawn/extruded tubes in a wide variety of shapes and sizes to match your requirements.

Our tube drawing benches have a wide size range capability for high precision thin wall aluminium drawn tubes.

The aluminium drawn tube process provides exceptional control, added strength and a superior finish. Aluminium drawn tubing increases mechanical properties and further refines structure, enhances formability, and can be produced in thin gauges, below what can be done using only the extrusion process.

Alloys available include 1050 and 1200 Aluminium plus aluminium alloys 2024, 3003, 5083, 6060, 6061, 6063, 6082,7075
