We present equipments included Italy 55MN Direct Extrusion Press, Germany SMS 45MN Dual-Actino Reverse extrusion Press and their discharging system. Also Otto Junker Gmbh Copper nickel medium frequency coreless induction melting furnace, I.A.S Brass melting furnace, EJP 50KN&150KN Combined Drawing Machine, Induction bright annealing system and so on.
We also has sets of casting furnaces and matched units for ingots and homogenizing furnace.
Besides, various advanced analysis and inspection devices are also on site to further ensure the quality, such as Inductively coupled plasma spectrometer, PA100 fatigue-testing machine and high precision hydrogen gauge.
Our enterprise operation is according to Quality Management System ISO 14001:2004 GB/T24001-2004 Environment Management System, OHSAS 18001:2007 GB/T28001-2011 Occupational Health and Safety management System. And we also have advanced inspection equipment like Germany Spectro Photoelectric Direct-Reading spectrometry and Japan X-ray fluorescence analyzer etc.
