Brush degreasing is a final operation of roller brushes preparation to work, which is carried out on the roller brushes degreasing machine.

The main task of this machine is removal of dirt and metal dust from metal bristles of brushes. Brushes are degreased piece by piece in a specially prepared cleaning solution followed by brush drying.

Properly degreased and dried roller brush is ready for balancing and further installation in the cleaning chambers of the double-sided cleaning line and one-sided cleaning line.

Storage ofthe ready-to-work roller brushes is carried out on special racks.
