Process control system is based on SIEMENS PLC and includes control subsystems for roll opening, work rolling pressure and maintaining of the set strip thickness at the exit of the roll stand.

• Rolling thickness: 1,5 → 0,065 mm;
• Rolling width: max. 240 mm;
• Back-up rolls: Ø350 × 350 × 1320 mm;

• Rolling speed: 0 – 200 m/min;
• Drive power: 100 kW.

A single deformation degree per pass is 20 – 30%.
