High-convection gas heating furnace plant is intended for bright heat treatment of clad strips and non-ferrous metal strips in coils under 100% hydrogen or nitrogen atmosphere, as well as under their mixture. This equipment allows to carry out any of the known types of annealing, including: recrystallization, diffusion and stress-relief annealing. Hydrogen generator with gas purifying system supplies the furnace with protective gas. Regular maintenance of the equipment is performed with the assistance of technicians from equipment manufacturing companies.
