Coiling line was specifically designed for our plant and is intended for the “Forming of a strip coil” operation before annealing in bell furnaces: with additional application of oil on the strip surface, adjustable tension and adjustable stacking within ± 1, 0 mm.
This operation is used to avoid welding of clad strip coil layers during batch annealing.
Special brands of lubricating fluid are used as oiling liquid. They have low viscosity and contain friction modifiers, anti-corrosion and antioxidant additives as well as additives reducing oil mist formation.
